Phnom Penh (FN), Jan. 10 - The 8-page Phnom Penh Declaration on the 2nd Mekong-Lancang Meeting was released following a fruitful meeting held in Phnom Penh on Wednesday.

The meeting was commended by the member countries of the Mekong-Lancang and that they pledged to promote cooperation, especially promoting regional peace in order to further develop.
