(Phnom Penh): The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC), led by Prime Minister Hun Manet, officially designated Sunday, 6 June 2027, as the date for the 6th mandate Commune/Sangkat elections, according to the RGC’s resolution dated 19 January 2026.

The Office of the Council of Ministers, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Economy and Finance, and Ministry of Civil Service and other relevant ministries and institutions are ordered to carry out the resolution effectively.
