Phnom Penh (FN), Jan. 6 - By 2017, at 909,192 children and 154,000 pregnant women received free treatment from Kantha Bopha Phnom Penh Hospital and Jayavarman VII Hospital in Siem Reap, according to the report of the Hospital, which Fresh News received on Friday.
The number of children getting treatment had increased by 7% compared to the same period in 2016, which was 848,393 children.
A total of 26,442 surgeries were conducted in 2017, an increase of 8.6% from last year.
The report added that 154,716 pregnant women were treated, an increase of 6.6% compared to the same period of 2016, which was 145,080.
