BANGKOK, Dec 11 (Reuters): Thailand's Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul said on social media on Thursday that he is "returning power to the people", a likely reference to his plan to dissolve parliament and clear the way to elections.
Charnvirakul said in September he planned to dissolve parliament by the end of January, with a general election to be held in March or early April. It was not immediately clear if his message meant he was now planning to make his move earlier than planned.
