Phnom Penh (FN), Dec. 29 – King Norodom Sihamoni issued a royal decree promoting the rank of 96 officers and generals from Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF).

At the same time, His Majesty also announced to promote the ranks of the 95 judges and prosecutors throughout the country based on their degree qualifications.

His Majesty King’s decision was made on Friday morning responding to the request of Ang Vong Vathana, Minister of Justice.
