Osaka, Japan): On the afternoon of Wednesday, 3 September 2025, in Osaka, Kansai, Japan, Cham Nimul, Cambodian Minister of Commerce, received a courtesy call from Taniguchi Kentaro, President and CEO of Mirarth Energy Solutions Inc., along with the delegation of Mirarth Holdings Inc., representatives of ITOCHU Corporation, and colleagues.

At the outset, the minister highly commended and expressed great appreciation to Mirarth Holdings Inc. and all partner companies for their close cooperation and tireless efforts in enhancing processing capacity and export high-quality Cambodian cashew nuts that meet international standards into the Japanese market and other targeted markets.

Minister Cham Nimul also encouraged and supported the company to expand processing capacity beyond cashew nuts, especially Cambodian Geographical Indication (GI) products.

She further congratulated the signing of the Letter of Intent between the Ministry of Commerce and Mirarth Holdings Inc., as well as the Memorandum of Understanding between Mirarth Holdings Inc. and five partner companies to promote the import and distribution of Cambodian cashew nut into Japan, on the occasion of Cambodia National Day at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, held on 5 July 2025.

He further emphasized that the company has been working closely with the Ministry’s Export Promotion Task Force, and that Cambodian cashew nuts has now can be found on Family Mart’s store shelves which has in total of 16,320 outlets in Japan.
