Cambodia Appeals to ICRC and UN over Continued Detention of POWs by Thailand: Foreign Ministry

(Phnom Penh): The Permanent Mission of Cambodia to the United Nations Office and other International Organizations in Geneva has sent letters to the President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights. The letters urgently call for engagement regarding the continued detention of Cambodian prisoners of war by Thailand.
