Thai Artillery Strike Damages Primary School Facilities, Equipment in Oddar Meanchey: Education Ministry

(Oddar Meanchey): According to a report from the Oddar Meanchey Provincial Department of Education, on 27 July 2025, Thai invading troops fired shells into Cambodian territory, hitting Ta Moan Saen Chey Primary School located in Banteay Ampil district, Oddar Meanchey province.

A report from the Office of Education, Youth, and Sports in Banteay Ampil District stated that the shelling caused severe damage to three classrooms, including the administrative office, kindergarten, and Grade 5 room. Damaged items include two projectors and various school materials.
