(Phnom Penh): Pen Bona, Cambodian Delegate Minister and Chairman of the Royal Government Spokesperson Unit, praised the nation’s armed forces for their ultimate sacrifice in defending the homeland and thanked Cambodian citizens for exposing Thailand’s aggression to the world.

Speaking at a press conference on Monday (Jul. 28), he stated that the voice of the Cambodian people is now echoing across the globe, drawing international attention to Thailand’s act of invasion.

“I wish to express my deepest gratitude to our heroic armed forces of all branches of our military who have offered their flesh and blood to resist the invading enemy and safeguard our territorial integrity. Their courage is a sacred debt of honour for all Cambodians,” he said.

Pen Bona also commended citizens nationwide for uniting under the national flag and making the world aware of Thailand’s aggression. He highlighted the unwavering spirit of Cambodians in demonstrating their love for peace, respect for international law, and opposition to foreign invasion.

“Today, the voice of the Cambodian people is resonating worldwide and the world is now paying close attention to Thailand’s invasion of Cambodia.”
