(Preah Vihear): As of Sunday evening (Jul. 27), Cambodian armed forces remain firmly in control of the Phnom Kmoch battlefield in Preah Vihear province, successfully repelling repeated and aggressive Thai assaults.

Frontline reports confirm that in recent days Thai troops have launched coordinated offensives with infantry and heavy artillery, but Cambodia’s forces have countered with equal strength, holding every position and safeguarding national sovereignty.

Despite reinforcements and mounting pressure from Thailand, Cambodia’s forces remain resolute. The Royal Government, armed forces, and the Cambodian people stand united in their unwavering defence of the nation.
