Tbong Kmum (FN), September 10 - Cambodia National Rescue Party lawmakers announced that they will visit former CNRP president Kem Sokha on Monday at Trapang Plong prison in Tbong Kmum, according to CNRP statement released on Sunday.
The government on Monday sent 600 police forces and soldiers to secure peace and safety, according to Gen. Pen Roth, Tbong Kmum police commissioner.
By 8 a.m, only one CNRP lawmaker, Riel Khemrin were present.
General Director of General Department of Prison, Chan Kimseng, stated that in order to visit prisoners or detainees, one has to have a permit from the court, while prison officials could not authorize.
