Phnom Penh (FN), September 6 - Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prak Sokhonn explained to the Head of Diplomatic Missions regarding CNRP President Kem Sokha’s arrest and detention, according to the MoFA’s statement released on Wednesday.

“The strategy to gain power is common to every political party and does not constitute an offence, but it is how the strategy is built and who behind it that constitute an offence”, stated H.E Prak Sokhonn.

The minister also raised the facts and legal basis for the arrest and availed himself the opportunity to touch on democracy and human rights.
