Phnom Penh (FN), August 31 - The number of fainted workers at the "Berry" factory in Phnom Penh's Por Sen Chey district rose from 73 on Wednesday morning to 90 on Thursday.
The cause of the fainting is unknown, but the sufferers had symptoms of dizziness, nausea and elevated heart rates.
There were more than 2,000 people working in the factory when the incident occurred.
All workers suffering from the symptoms were sent to hospital by ambulance.
The factory was temporarily closed.
There have been no reports of serious injury or death.
