Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 14 – Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni departed Phnom Penh on Wednesday (Aug. 14) for a visit to China.

According to the royal message, during the king’s absence, President of the Senate Samdech Techo Hun Sen will assume the title of the acting head of state.
