TOKYO, July 29 (Xinhua) -- The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) launched a ballistic missile Friday night, Japanese government said early Saturday.

The missile appeared to have fallen into Japan's exclusive economic zone (EEZ), Japan's top government spokesman Yoshihide Suga said.
