Phnom Penh (FN), July 10 - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia (MoFA) expresses its concern to the test-launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) conducted by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) on 4 July 2017, which is a violation of the relevant United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Resolutions, according to the statement released on Monday.
"MoFA calls on DPRK to comply with all relevant UNSC and its international obligation and calls on all parties concerned to exercise self-restraint and create an environment conducive to the early resumption of the Six-Party Talks," the statement added.
