Phnom Penh (FN), July 6 – Immigration police forces, headed by Director Ouk Hai Seila, have deported 74 Chinese online (VoIP) kidnappers.

The criminals were arrested last Saturday in a raid that spanned three provinces- Phnom Penh, Kampot, and Kandal.

“The operations were carried out under the direct command of the National Police Chief of Cambodia, Neth Savoeun, and Sok Phal, Director General of Immigration and in collaboration with the forces of the 3 Provincial Police Department and Anti-Gambling Forces under the coordination of the prosecutors”, reported Ouk Hai Seila, chief of the Cambodian Interior Ministry's Immigration Investigation Bureau.
