Phnom Penh (FN), June 19 – Sork Setha, Secretary of State, Ministry of Interior and Chairman of Civil Administration Anti-Corruption Unit, issued a notice ordering commune council members to declare their assets and liabilities in accordance with the guidelines and deadlines.

"Anti-Corruption laws and other legal instruments related to anti-corruption requires commune council members elected by voting to declare their assets and liabilities," stated MoI’s letter dated June 06, 2017 addressed to the council of governors.

The declaration of assets and liabilities are set out in Article 17 and 18 of the Law on Anti-Corruption, according to the letter.
