Phnom Penh (FN), June 3 - Phnom Penh police arrested an Australian on Saturday, suspecting of espionage.

The man identified as James Ricketson, 68, was arrested for entering Cambodia and stole the information to publish outside Cambodia without authorization from the authorities.

To ensure security for the commune-council election to be held on Sunday, police are investigating and taking action in accordance to the law.
