Phnom Penh (FN), May 2 – The Phnom Penh Municipal Court will continue to pursue the case against Chun Chanbuth case in accordance to the criminal code.

Chun Chanbuth was due to face questioning in court today however he did not show up, as he has fled Cambodia for the United States.

He is currently under investigation after allegedly entering Prey Sar prison under a false name.
