Phnom Penh (FN), April 24 - Phnom Penh Capital Hall (PPCH) decided to allow Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP) to hold its congress tomorrow with four principles.
The decision was made in response to CNRP's request on late Wednesday.
According to the PPCH's letter addressed to CNRP dated Monday, the four principles set for CNRP include: no stalls shall be set up on the roads causing public disorder; no road blockade causing traffic jams; must cooperate with local authorities for safety, security and public order; and ensure that all members are equipped with moral of conduct that would avoid violences of all forms.
CNRP's congress will be held on Tuesday at CNRP's headquarter from 8:30 a.m to 11:00 a.m with an estimation of 1,000 participants, according to CNRP's letter addressed to PPCH.
