Phnom Penh (FN), April 24 - Kem Sokha, the leader of the Cambodia National Rescue Party, had praised improvements made by National Election Committee for the upcoming Commune Council Election.

Sokha is optimistic that the election will be held free and fair.

His approval was expressed on Monday morning after a meeting with CNRP activists and supporters in Takeo province.
