Phnom Penh (FN), April 11 - The Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) issued a 17-page paper entitled "Cambodia, Democracy, and Human Rights: To Tell the Truth", according to a press release on Tuesday.

"Cambodia was the subject of a campaign of disinformation led by foreign governments and organizations, which twisted historical facts and events in an attempt to portray negative image of Cambodia and to lay the blame on the government," the MoFA stated in the press release.

"This paper aims to clarify and set the records straight on various controversial issues."
