Phnom Penh (FN), April 4 - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) reported Tuesday morning that no Cambodian citizens or students were harmed by the subway explosion in St. Petersburg, Russia.
The announcement came after the Cambodian Embassy in Russia contacted the Cambodian Students Association in St. Petersburg.
The explosion took place at a subway station in St. Petersburg around 2:40 pm Monday evening.
At least 11 people were killed and over 40 others injured.
There is no confirmation on the cause of the explosion.
