KABUL, March 8 (Xinhua) — A third massive explosion was heard on Wednesday in a main military hospital in central Kabul, which came under a coordinated terrorist attack earlier on the day.
The first blast occurred roughly at 9:05 a.m. (0435 GMT) in Wazir Akbar Khan locality, where several government agencies and embassies are located. It followed by another explosion.
However, the third explosion came around 10:46 local time as military helicopter were hovering over the building.
At least, five suicide bombers were involved in the attack and no reports of casualties were immediately available.
