Phnom Penh (FN), Apr. 8 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen announced to donate USD20,000 to Brazilian boxer Thiago Teixeira and planned to request Cambodian king to grant a citizenship for Thiago.

The premier spoke during a meeting with Buddhist priests on Saturday morning (Apr 8) at Diamond Island.

Thiago was banned and removed from World Mauythai Organization (WMO).

WMO is a world-renowned governing body sanctioning Muay Thai fights at amateur, pro-am, and professional levels Worldwide. Recognized by the Kru Muay Thai Association (KMA) registered under Thailand's Ministry of Culture, WMO was registered in 2011.
