Phnom Penh (FN), Feb 12 - Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP)'s senior official Yim Sovann stated that Kem Sokha will continue to be CNRP's Acting President until a new president to be elected during a congress to be held on April 7, 2018.

The statement was made during a press conference at CNRP headquarter after CNRP's permanent committee and standing committee's meeting on Sunday afternoon.

Yim Sovann, meanwhile said the CNRP standing committee agreed with Sam Rainsy's resignation.
