Phnom Penh (FN), Feb. 13 – Cambodian Ministry of Information announced to revoke the license of the Cambodian Center for Independent Media (CCIM), which is the VOD's broadcast management center, according to the ministry's decision seen by Fresh News on Monday (Feb. 13).

According to the decision, the CCIM undermined the honor and prestige of the Royal Government of Cambodia and refused to make changes in accordance with the provisions of the law on the press.

In order to protect the honor and dignity of the kingdom, Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen on Sunday (Feb 12) instructed the Ministry of Information to revoke the VOD license and terminate the broadcast by 10 am on 13 February 2023.
