PHNOM PENH, Sept. 28 (FN) — Cambodia's Foreign Minister Prak Sokhonn will lead a delegation to pay a working visit to Russia from Oct. 3 to 4, according to a foreign ministry statement on Wednesday.

Prak Sokhonn will meet with Russian Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications Nikolay Nikiforov to discuss their bilateral relations in trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation, the statement said.

Besides, he will hold a bilateral meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, it said.

"Both sides are expected to exchange views on bilateral cooperation as well as on regional and international issues of common concern," the statement said.
