Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 15 – On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Singapore, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to you and the Royal Government of Cambodia on the occasion of the Kingdom of Cambodia’s 65th Independence Day, Prime Minister of Singapore Lee Hsien Loong wrote in the letter dated on 9 November.

“Under your leadership, Cambodia has enjoyed stability and rapid socio-economic growth. I am confident that Cambodia will enjoy continued peace and prosperity,” Lee Hsien Loong addressed to Prime Minister Hun Sen.
