Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 30 - Rodrigo Roa Duterte, President of the Philippines, sent a congratulatory letter to Samdech Techo Hun Sen for being re-elected as Cambodian Prime Minister.

“I congratulate Your Excellency on securing a fresh mandate as Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia,” Duterte wrote in the letter.

“I am confident that our friendship and close cooperation will deepen further as we continue to work together in pursuing our common aspirations for greater peace, progress, and prosperity for our countries and peoples,” the letter added.
