Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 26 - Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen sent a congratulatory letter to H.E. Nguyen Phu Trong for being elected as the President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.

“I am delighted to hear that Your Excellency was unanimously elected by the National Assembly as the President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam in addition to the current position as General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam.” Prime Minister Hun Sen wrote in the letter dated on 24 October 2018.
