Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 21 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen stated Sunday that he will continue to lead Cambodia with peace and development, as long as the ill-intended groups still exist, referring specifically to opposition leader Sam Rainsy.

The statement was made in the meeting with Cambodian students in Turkey during his working visit from 20-22 October 2018.

“I will not just prevent those ill-intended groups from destroying Cambodia, but will transform this Kingdom to a higher middle income country in 2030,” the premier stated.

Prime Minister also mentioned Rainsy’s attack against his family, particular his children.

“I have only taunted Rainsy, but never his children. Now everyone can see who is more virtuous,” he said.

The Strongman is optimistic that the Cambodian People’s Party will continue to win the elections in the next mandates until 2028 to protect peace and development for Cambodia.
