Phnom Penh (FN), Sept. 27 - Cyril Matamola Ramaphosa, President of the Republic of South Africa, sent a congratulatory letter to Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen on the July's election victory.

"Please accept my warmest congratulation on Your Excellency's recent re-election as Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia," Cyril Matamola Ramaphosa wrote in the letter dated 11 September 2018.

"South Africa values its partnership with Cambodia, and remains committed to continue supporting the process of promoting access to quality education and technical skills for the youth in your beautiful country," he added.
