Phnom Penh (FN), Sept. 18 – Edouard Philippe, Prime Minister of France, sent a letter to Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen dated on 17 September 2018, reaffirming his commitment to work with the new Cambodian government, led by Cambodian People’s Party.

It is worth noting that this is the second letter from leader in Europe, following the first letter from German Chancellor Angela Markel to congratulate Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen in winning the 2018 general election to continue leading the government of the sixth legislature.
