Phnom Penh (FN), Sept. 8 - Ukrainian Premier Volodymyr Groysman sent a congratulatory letter to Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen for his new term of premiership.

"On behalf of the government of Ukraine and myself, please, accept my sincere congratulations with your reappointment on the position of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia," Volodymyr wrote in the letter dated on 7 September 2018.
