Phnom Penh (FN), Sept. 6 - Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, sent a congratulatory letter to Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen for his new term of premiership.

"I would like to extend my warm congratulations, on behalf of the Chinese government and in my own name, to Your Excellency on reassuming the position of the Prime Minister of the new Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia," Li wrote in the letter dated on 6 September 2018.
