Cambodian Immigration Department in collaboration with Sihanoukville police and Regional Security Office, US Embassy Phnom Penh recently arrested an American man, William David Brenner, 63, charged with juvenile rape.

William was arrested on Wednesday night at Sihanouville Lion Roundabout. He was sent to immigration department and deported to the US.
