WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 (CGTN) -- At least four people were killed and 11 others were shot in a mass shooting in Jacksonville, Florida on Sunday, police have said.
"Multiple fatalities at the scene, many transported," the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said on twitter, following up on earlier reports of the shooting in Jacksonville Landing, a downtown market place.
The police said one suspect, a white male, has been killed. He is believed to have acted alone after a thorough search of the shooting scene.
