Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 16 - Prime Minister of the Republic of Singapore Lee Hsien Loong congratulated Cambodian People’s Party’s (CPP) over the July’s election victory, according to the Singaporean premier’s letter addressed to his Cambodian counterpart dated on 30 July 2018.

“The win is a testament to your leadership and commitment to securing prosperity and progress for your people,” Lee wrote in the letter.

In the official results of July's elections, the NEC said the CPP won 4,889,113 votes of the total 6,362,241 valid votes, taking all the 125 seats in the National Assembly.
