Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 2 - Minister of Interior Sar Kheng appealed to the authorities at all levels and political parties not to discriminate between voters and non-voters, and urged people to consider Cambodian general election 2018 a victory for the whole nation, according to Minister’s Facebook page on Wednesday.

He wrote that the election process of the 6th National Assembly on 29 July 2018 has shown the world that Cambodia is politically mature, which allow people, armed forces and authorities to contribute to a safe, free, fair, and just election.

82.89% of voter turnout reflects that Cambodians learnt to exercise their rights to vote to elect their political parties in favor without pressure or coercion.
