Kampong Speu (FN), July 21 - Kampong Speu and Sihanoukville provincial authorities on Saturday morning announced to resume traffic on National Road No. 4 after temporarily suspended due to flooding that came across the road and bridge since Tuesday.

"Please be informed that today (21-7-18) the traffic on National Road No. 4 resumes; we wish you a safe trip,” said Kampong Speu governor Vy Samnang.
