CHIANG RAI, Thailand, July 9 (Xinhua) -- Second phase of operations to rescue members of a boys' soccer team still trapped in a cave in northern Thailand resumed Monday morning, an official said.

The second operation started at 11 a.m. local time Monday and it may take several hours, Narongsak Osottanakorn, chief of the rescue mission, told reporters.
