(Jakarta): Cambodian Senate President, Samdech Techo Hun Sen revealed the existence of a confidential 48-hour video in which he recounts Cambodia’s historical journey. The content has already been compiled into a book and is scheduled to be made public in 10 years.

Samdech Techo delivered a lecture titled “Visions and Experiences in Cambodia’s Peacebuilding Efforts” at the ERIA School of Government in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Samdech Techo underscored, “I still have secrets that I haven’t fully disclosed. I spoke about them in a 48-hour video, but it will only be released 10 years from now. It has also been published in book form.”

Samdech Techo underlined that the unreleased content goes beyond peace negotiations and includes sensitive topics including land reform, internal matters within the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP), and other significant issues.

Samdech Techo added that the 48-hour video has already been distributed to his children and a few trusted individuals.
