(Sihanoukville): On 28 April 2025, a detachment of the Pacific Fleet of the Russian Navy to Cambodia docked in Sihanoukville Autonomous Port for a four-day port-call.

The detachment consists of three ships. Two of them – Rezky and Hero of the Russian Federation Aldar Tsydenzhapov – are Project 20380 corvettes. The third ship is Pechenga sea tanker. Total crew of the detachment is up to 300 people.

Officer in charge of the detachment is Captain 1st rank Mr Alexey Antsiferov.

Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Cambodia, took part in the greeting ceremony on board of Rezky corvette. The officers informed the head of the diplomatic mission on the armament an equipment of the ships. Anatoly Borovik signed Distinguished visitors' books of the corvettes.

A number of events is planned during the four-day call. The command of the detachment is to pay courtesy calls on local authorities, the crew of the ships will visit Phnom Penh for excursions, as well as play football and volleyball matches with Cambodian sailors.
