Phnom Penh (FN), Feb. 22 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet said that there is no reason to be the Prime Minister if he does not have the right to instruct the ministries / institutions to set work direction, speaking on Thursday (Feb. 22) during a winning ceremony for public service providers in education and health, held at Diamond Island Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Samdech Thipadei stated, "Last time, it was said that Hun Manet interfered in the works of the Ministry of Information. Becoming the Prime Minister, if you do not have the right to guide the ministries / institutions under your supervision to set the work direction, what is the purpose of being the Prime Minister? I do not go to work for Hang Chuon Naron (or any other minister), but I have the right to guide the implementation of our policy goals and suggest ideas.”

At the same time, Samdech Thipdei added that success is elusive without diligent monitoring.
