Phnom Penh (FN), Feb. 7 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet and spouse Pich Chanmony arrived in Cambodia safe on Wednesday night (Feb. 7) after concluding a successful one-day official visit to Thailand.

Samdech Thipadei and the high-level delegation arrived in Bangkok, Thailand on Wednesday morning (Feb. 7) at the invitation of Thai Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin.

During the visit, Samdech Thipadei and spouse paid separate courtesy calls on leaders of the Thai parliament, including the President of the Senate Pornpetch Wichitcholchai, and Present of the National Assembly and Speaker of the House of Representatives Wanmuhamadnoor Matha.

Samdech Thipadei and Prime Minister Srettha also held talks on bilateral and multilateral cooperation in areas of common interest. They also presided over the signing of five documents on bilateral cooperation. In addition, Samdech Thipadei also delivered opening remarks at the Cambodia-Thailand Business Forum 2024.

The visit consolidated the enduring ties and traditional bonds of friendship between the two countries, guided by the spirit of their Enhanced Partnership for Peace and Prosperity, bringing mutual benefits for the two peoples as well as peace, stability, and prosperity for the ASEAN Community and beyond.
