Phnom Penh (FN), May 27 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen warned to crack down on those who wish to obtain power in a non-democratic way, speaking on Saturday morning (May 27) during his meeting with nearly 20,000 workers in the Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone.

"Arresting, killing and having the military to turn their guns at Hun Sen is not a democratic way of seizing power and such action must not be tolerated. These extremists must not be tolerated, otherwise our country will suffer again,” the premier underlined.

On that occasion, Samdech stated that peace leads to development and only those who fought for peace are capable of maintaining peace. The premier does not neglect the fate of the nation, no matter what foreigners say.

Samdech also called on workers to go to the polls on July 23 and thanked the workers who voted for the Cambodian People’s Party.
