Phnom Penh (FN), Apr. 25 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen said that in his 44 years of political life, he has broken world records for the youngest foreign minister, the youngest prime minister and the longest-serving prime minister.

The premier spoke at a graduation ceremony at National Institute of Education on Tuesday (Apr 25).

On that occasion, premier Hun Sen also highlighted that he has worked in the government since January 8, 1979. For more than 44 years, he has served as a minister, deputy prime minister and prime minister.

Those, who intended to overthrow and take over the power from Samdech, are now miserable, Samdech added.

Cambodia, under the wise leadership of premier Hun Sen, not only achieved significant economic growth, but also set out a vibrant foreign policy. The kingdom aimed to elevate itself from a low-middle income country to an upper-middle income country by 2030 and a high-income country by 2050.
