Phnom Penh (FN), Mar. 18 – Recently, Chinese Foreign Ministry has announced the resume of visa review and issuance for foreigners to go to China for the first time since the outbreak of the COVID19 pandemic. This news sparks excitements and joys from international tourists around the world, with no exception for Cambodian wanderlust travelers.

Cambodia Airways is launching a very much-anticipated route between Phnom Penh to the capital city of mainland China, Beijing on 27 March 2023 with a special starting price from USD 199 only (including tax and other service charges) for one-way tickets and from USD 398 only (including tax and other service charges) for round-trip tickets. This special offer is limited.

The Phnom Penh - Beijing services will be operated by Airbus A320 aircraft with business class and economy class services provided. The flight is scheduled regularly three times a week, scheduled on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Starting from 17 April 2023, the services will also be expanded to 5 times a week, on every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. The departure flight KR991 will leave Phnom Penh International Airport at 7:50 AM and arrive in Beijing Daxing International Airport at 13:30 PM, while the return flight KR992 will leave Beijing at 14:30 PM and arrive in Phnom Penh at 18:15 PM, both arrival time is local time.
